These terms govern your use of STILED, operated by Varvara Kozlova, Torgauer Straße 63, 12627 Berlin, Germany. By using STILED you agree to them.
STILED is a personal-styling service: based on your style quiz, it recommends fashion products from partner retailers and provides styling tools. STILED does not sell products itself — purchases happen on the retailer's website under the retailer's own terms, prices and policies.
Product details (including prices, availability and images) come from retailer data feeds and can be outdated or incorrect; the retailer's website is always authoritative. "Buy" links are affiliate links: STILED may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. Recommendations are generated by matching products to your quiz profile — commissions do not change your personal results.
Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old. You can delete your account at any time by contacting stiled.team@gmail.com.
Don't misuse STILED — including attempting to breach security, scraping the catalog, uploading unlawful content as a profile picture, or interfering with the service.
The STILED name, design and content are ours. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown as part of the affiliate partnership.
STILED is provided as-is during its early phase. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law; for slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to typical foreseeable damage. We are not responsible for retailers' products, deliveries, or websites. Style recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees you'll love every piece.
We may update these terms or discontinue features as STILED evolves; significant changes will be indicated by the date above. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
German law applies. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Online dispute resolution platform of the EU Commission: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
